How it works

Verify your account
Provide your real name and date of birth, then complete the secure check when prompted.

Place your order
Once eligible, choose local delivery or pickup and keep your account details current.

Show your ID at handoff
Present valid government-issued photo ID that matches your verified account.
How verification works
- Create your account with your real name and date of birth.
- Complete the secure identity-verification step when prompted.
- At pickup or delivery, show the same valid government-issued photo ID to the Smoke Goodies team member or driver.
- The name and date of birth on the ID must reasonably match the verified account before we can complete the handoff.
What happens if verification cannot be completed
We cannot release age-restricted products when the customer is under 21, does not have valid identification, declines verification, or the information does not match the verified account. In that case, our team will help explain the available next steps for the order.
Never hand your ID to anyone outside an official Smoke Goodies verification or delivery interaction.
